For Camps/Hikes/Activities of any sort, every scout has to have a Consent form to be able to take part in the event.
To have an activity, a scout must apply for a permit. You can do this on the Scouts Online Website (must be done 21 days before). Or if you have missed the online permit deadline, you can fill out this form and send it in to the Atlantic DC email@example.com and to Scouts HQ firstname.lastname@example.org.

Below are the booking forms for scout owned campsites around the western cape. Once you have completed a booking form, you must submit it to email@example.com.
